Mullins Laboratories offer Healthy Savings to Care Card Members when payment is made at the time of service.
All tests(e.g., blood work, Pap smears, urine tests, etc.) performed by Mullins Laboratories will be charged at 110% of the 2003 Georgia Medicare prospective rates when payment is made at the time of service.
