Here are some more solutions to the worlds problems proposed by Mr. Griffin  

The 7th Proposal; Build new " World Trade Center " in three towers with center tallest like spiral staircase so all floors of center can slide down & go underground. The center can be hardened and contain all elevators and " Conduit " for utilities. The outer " Shell" can provide windows and outside structural strength allowing a direct hit without giving away the fact that no one is still on that floor. Advantages: Underground can be shelter for much of city. Huge storage areas can be outside the underground office floor spiral area. Ground floor of complex would be pie slice like opening making defense and security much easier than normal 360-degree area. All human remains would definitely be dug up because building would be underground. All heating and cooling could be " Conductive" saving millions in utility bills for the life of the structure. Fire department would not need to scale heights of towing inferno because main tower fires can be lowered to the ground and extinguished as all occupants get off underground by walking to the outside of their office now level with underground platform and ride subway out of harms way.
All occupants would get out underground escaping falling debris. Very nature
of structure would make it earthquake proof. Top of structure large enough to have several heliports. The structure itself would be a monumental testimony to those who were murdered and each floor and office could be named after them with their names etched to the outside of the "Glass" telling the world that you might knock America down, but we will get up a better Nation for it. It would be the 9th wonder of the world and because it could look a little like the Australian shell, provide escape for nervous execs, and create much needed
underground parking/offices immune to heat sensor video that sees through walls. The proceeds of the building would be double what the old trade center took in to pay for the slightly higher construction cost and afford its investors a MUCH larger return. It would anchor New York as the Destination of the World. It could revolutionize the skyscraper industry.
This may solve the airline security problem. We have sent it out to all the airlines and asking they consider these measures for the good of all. On his recent flight to L.A. for the "Grammies" he was shocked at the laughable measures for security that resulted in only adding cost with almost no
increase in protection. The FAA will tell you they can march weapons or explosives thru any time they want. Here's a solution. Allow the passengers to vote off any suspicious traveler. Security spent 1 minute with each passenger. The passengers spent about two hours with each other. Give all
passengers riding together in planes, buses, & trains the right to ask questions of their fellow passengers. If their answers to your questions do not have the " Ring of truth", then you get to inform security that something may not be right. If the passengers do not like the measures security
performed then let the passengers have the final say by "VOTING" that passenger off. When he boarded the plane he noticed the seat cushions could also be used as shields. Add this to the stewardess’s flight announcement. " And the cushions also make great shields to defend against
attackers while the passengers kick down the attacker" Recently Congress OKed Billions w/ a "B" for "Homeland Defense. We may now quite easily use Millions of that money to solve REAL problems. First let us look at America's most pressing problems. #1. Removing the trains from downtowns & redirecting them to # 2. Airports allowing cargo to be flown in and out of the airports worldwide or carried on. The Commissioners & Mayors sitting in the "Marble palaces" may be unaware how easily a minimum of three-square blocks can be destroyed by one well-placed L.A.W. ( Light Antitank Weapon) round. They are allowing trains loaded to the gills with all manner of explosives (& other nastiness) to ride near them every day. These trains do not follow the security measures launched upon the locals for their protection, yet it would be the overwhelming vehicle of choice to
a terrorist to use the train to transport their explosives right up to the door of our nerve centers. #3. Preventing 300 square mile minimum nuclearisotope contamination from direct hit on Nuclear sites by any form ofnuclear weapon. Now the mushroom cloud would travel into the upper stratosphere, which would carry a daily rain of isotopes for unknown miles depending on wind direction and speed. Other factors would carry the isotopes even further. To counter this needless tragedy we could build a
small dike around the critical section of the site. We could build a LARGE DIAMETER water pipe to the site and when we get the 5 to 6 hour warning that an ICBM has been launched or (smuggled in) the critical part of the site could be quickly flooded. The flooded site would not be nearly so easy to
launch into the stratosphere. The "MUD" exploding into the air would not go nearly as far up and would quickly come back down in the form of "MUD" that would only contaminate as little as 10% of what it would contaminate if it were dry particles. Even the two blasts, the first initial blast and the back blast would be weaker. This would save a projected 90% of the surrounding populations (Including fallout) and would be much easier to spot and clean. While we are not using the huge pump to flood the site we could redirect this pumps LARGE volume of water to a T that sends the water to surrounding communities & newly developed roadsides. In the event of attack the T would be switched off directing all water to flood the site. #4. The pump could even prevent flooding by
drawing rivers down in flood stage. #5. We could requalify for federal
support to transport the pipes to the pump site and other tasks. All of this by simply building a bridge to redirect the trains, carry the T over the river, and provide another few lanes, compliments of Millions in Homeland defense already looking for a home. #6. By granting visa's and citizenships to highly educated Russians & Chinese (especially Doctors & Nurses) we could create a " No Nuke" zone that would redirect attacks by aggressors away from this "highly populated by “kinfolk" area. Russia has NO INTENTIONS of hurting any American now. We have reason to worry about China Re: Taiwan! Continued contact with our bureaucrats who named them at the top of the list as our enemies may eventually wear at our friends. How do you feel when you are frustrated trying to communicate with our bureaucrats who do not answer their phone?) 7. We could easily fit small heat seeking missiles to existing satellite that can be orbiting at the most likely spot ICBMs enter low space. Because the rockets are pointing down they travel faster on less propulsion allowing very small rockets to be clustered together similar to what you already see on attack helicopters. Because space is so thin and cold the heat from an ICBM would be a sitting duck for heat seekers and the height would allow us to detonate the ICBMs in low space over the aggressor's country. A well-disguised satellite would look like just another yet give us our only defense against the ICBM
attack currently being solicited by Arab telethons on Al Jazeer TV. These
suggestions could reduce the Train, Plane, Brain Drain, Water, &
Transportation problems, if anyone is listening...

West Nile can easily be limited with simple $20. bug-zapper mounted near your Dogs house. Any mammals breath attracts up to 1000 times the amount of female mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are attracted by the breath then straight to the zapper. At first your zapper will clog with fried mosquitoes, but shortly you’ll only unclog it about once a month. Please clean the zapper over newspaper then fold to poor the fried mosquitoes into your birdfeeder for free bird food for mosquito feeding birds who will forage for up to 100 miles on area mosquitoes. Year around use of the mammal breathe-zapper will kill up to 90% of all area Mosquitoes because the ones you zap in winter cannot lay the spring’s new hoard. Should your city spray, they will only poison your entire eco-immune system and breed poison resistant “Super Mosquitoes”.

Anthrax is easy to launch, readily available and can be easily modified to become airborne & could kill millions. Anthrax has been known to be in
animal hides for 6 thousand years but few have died from it because the
animal hide is so humid the anthrax rarely flies into the lungs killing its
host. Anthrax and others like it are turned into weapons by super
dehydrating them. To reduce their ability to fly, he flew to Moscow and found out how to handle it. Simply reintroduce the dehydrated moister back into the anthrax spores by steaming with water and small amount of bleach or any other surfactant. The bleach or other readily available surfactant (soap) makes the steam hundreds of times wetter and the steam is quickly reintroduced back into the anthrax spore causing it to “PLUMP” back into ordinary anthrax. This reduces anthrax's ability to fly by up to 70%+. Please note that the Russians have been happy to help us American's for "PEACE IN THE WORLD", even though after they helped us, we then named them first in the list of countries we are preparing nuclear strategies against. This occurred AFTER they helped us deal with Afghanistan too! Are we the only one’s noticing this?

How can we get government to honor it's contract with the voter to serve the voters needs instead of the current system of the government forcing the taxpayer to serve them? Have the government put all services out to contract for three-year periods of time. When the contractor wins the contract they use the contract to purchase what they need for the three years. Using this equipment
to "Moonlight" doubles their profits. At the end of three years the equipment is paid for, and a new contractor can repeat the process again. This causes government to incubate new businesses every three years and lowers the cost of the contract because they use the equipment to do side jobs too.
