A participating dentist may designate special discounted prices on specific procedures and/or services and include discounts off the provider’s fees published on other general dental services or procedures.
Whenever a Care Card Member pays at the time of service, the Member is entitled to the provider’s Care Card discounts or the provider's Usual and Customary fees for cash paying patients, whichever is lower.
Please call a participating provider or our office at 706-733-1776 to determine a provider’s designated discounts.

In few instances, e.g., Dr. Butler, a participating provider may not provide discounts but make their fees available to Members by calling our office or the specific practice.
